How we work
We work from your drawings, bill of quantities and specification. We prepare a work plan with stages and dates, and we buy materials that meet your standards. Our site team supervises the work and checks quality at each stage, and we report progress with photographs. We follow safety rules on site and work with local labour where we can. At handover we provide the completion records and measurements needed for payment and audit. If your project needs a design, we help you arrange one. We state in writing what is in the price and what is not, so that changes are agreed before they are built.
